WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method. You should also receive a tracking link in this email to enable you to check delivery updates. If your delivery time frame has passed and you've still not received your items, please get in touch with us via our contact us page.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

As soon as you place your order, your order goes to process. Contact us via our contact us page and we will try to accommodate you. Please note that once the order has been processed for shipping we will not be able to make any amendments to it.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

WHAT DO I DO IF I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order, please contact us via our contact us page, where our customer service will help you further.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If after checking your junk folder  you have still not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us via our contact us page.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If our couriers have made multiple attempts to deliver to you and been unsuccessful and the order has been returned then you will be refunded for the cost of the items minus any shipping costs. If the non-delivery is the fault of CBS or designated courier then you will receive a full refund. 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you wish to return your product you can contact us by email within 48hrs of your goods being delivered. We must receive the unwanted items within 7 days of contact and returned at your expense. We are not able to process any returns until the goods have been received. Please include full details of your return including order number, name, contact details and address. Please allow up to 10 business days from the return being received for the return to be processed As there are food items and perishable goods we will only refund products that are fully sealed If the product is opened or part consumed then we are not able to exchange, replace or offer a refund.
